What is your turnaround time for orders?
Our standard turnaround time is 7-10 working days from approval of artwork proof.
How will the garments be packaged for delivery?
Our garments are individually polybagged in clear, safety bags at no extra charge. Promotional items will not be polybagged.
How do you need artwork supplied?
We can accept artwork saved in the following formats:
Adobe Illustrator CS3
Corel Draw X4
Adobe Photoshop CS3
In Design CS3
Please convert all text to outlines. If supplying a Photoshop file, please supply a high-resolution file (at least 300dpi) at the actual
print size. Please also send a pdf version of the artwork for visual purposes. We can mix inks to specific Pantone® colours, so please
specify the Pantone® references on your final artwork.
Will we receive a proof of artwork prior to printing/embroidering?
We will always send a digital artwork proof for print orders, and a physical embroidery swatch for embroidery orders. You
will need to approve the artwork/swatch before we can proceed with your order.
Does embroidery have any limitations?
Yes, there are certain limitations to embroidery. We advise that any text should be at least 5mm high in order to achieve
good quality. Any text which is less than 5mm may become illegible, depending on the garment material and typeface used.
Embroidery designs are also limited to up to nine colours per design.
What are the delivery costs?
We do not charge for delivery on standard orders, unless there are exceptional circumstances. However, delivery will be
charged on orders under 24 items.
Are there any charges for screens, embroidery disks?
We do not charge for screens or embroidery digitizing up to 6,000 stitches. There are no hidden fees, what you see is what you will pay.
