What the price is based on

When your organiser first set up your shop they will have given us an idea of how many hoodies will be ordered in total.

The price shown in the shop is based on that expected quantity being ordered in total.

In rare cases of this quantity not being reached, we MAY have to apply a surcharge � we will contact your organiser to discuss this if it is the case.

Order delivery details

Once your shop has closed we will need approximately 2-3 weeks to print and deliver your hoodies.

All hoodies will come individually bagged and labelled and be delivered all together by courier to the school address given to us by the organiser.

They may have requested these for a special date or deadline which they then wish to hand them out on � please check with your organiser if you�re not sure.

Artwork confirmation

Your designs will be based on the artwork and names provided to us by the person organising the order.

It is VITAL that you check with him or her that your name has been spelt correctly � this is YOUR responsibility as there is nothing we can do once the hoodies are printed to correct mistakes.

They will need to �sign off� a final copy of the artwork once the shop closes and at this point we are unable to change any names.

Size Guide:

Our hoodies are all a unisex fit with approximate sizes shown below. Please note, these are a guide and "to fit" sizes, not the physical dimensions of the garments.

Small - Approx. 36-38" Chest
Medium � Approx. 40" Chest
Large � Approx. 42-44" Chest
X-Large � Approx. 46" Chest

For guys: If you'd buy a Medium from Abercrombie or Jack Wills, our hoodies should be about the same size, though slightly less "fitted" - so a little looser around the body.

For girls:If you're a typical Size 8, we'd recommend a Small, a Medium should be good for Size 10-12, a Large for 12-14 and an X-Large for Size 14-16. Please note our hoodies are a "relaxed" fit, rather than fitted.

Colour guide

Everyone is free to order the colour that they'd prefer at no extra cost, you don't all have to have the same. Colours are shown below.

Please remeber that colours can appear slightly differently on different computer screens so if you're not at all sure, please ask Tom Smith to request a sample swatch.

Returns/exchange policy

When you place an order for a Leavers Hoodie, you are asking us to produce a bespoke item to your own choice of colour and size.

This will be printed especially for you with your school and friends� names and so we are not able to accept any returns due to change of mind over colour or size.

We WILL quite happily replace any hoodies that are faulty � simply contact us if you believe this to be the case and we will organise that for you.
